125g (0.3oz) of flour
1 packaged of dry active yeast
150ml (5oz) of warm water
1 egg
salt
bacon
1/2 red onion
For the dough: In a bowl, knead the flour, the yeast, with the water, adding a pinch salt. Add 2 diced bacon slices and 1/2 red onion. Make a ball and let your bread dough rest for 1 hour. Meanwhile, place 2 slices of bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes at 400F.
Poaching the egg : Fill a pan with water, add a tablespoon of vinegar and bring to a boil. whirl around with a fork and slide your egg into the pan. Let it poach for 3 minutes by folding the skin of the egg. Once the bread has risen, place it in your dish and bake for 10 minutes at 400F. Place the egg and bacon on top and enjoy! Good BRUNCH!
