The oval dishes from Revol's Belle Cuisine collection are available in a range of sizes and two different depths. Here, the oval dishes in shallow format from 20 to 28 cm are ideal for serving shepherd's pie, gratins, brandade or quenelles in sauce. Available in white and in cast-iron-effect black. The dish and its openwork handles are cast as one piece to give greater resistance and great handling. The flat base guarantees very fast and even thermal conduction and distribution. Another advantage is that these small dishes can be stacked on larger ones to save space in the kitchen!
