The cocottes and dishes from the Révolution collection, equipped with an induction base, are designed for temperature maintenance on buffets with regulated induction plates, for food that has been pre-heated in an oven or microwave. The cocottes and dishes from the Révolution collection should never be used for cooking over flame, induction, or electric heat.

Our porcelain is produced in the Drôme, using raw materials that are rigorously selected, 75% from France and 25% from the EU. It is a healthy, natural, non-porous material, resistant to thermal and mechanical shocks, and retains heat. It is fired at 1320°C in our kilns, preserving the flavor of food after cooking in your ovens.
